Lion — Perth Brewery
When a leading Perth brewery expanded its production line, it needed a second steam system — properly sized, fully integrated, and delivered without touching the live plant running next door. O'Brien took single-source responsibility for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of two 500 kW OBYONE firetube steam boilers — delivered into a constrained, live brownfield site and commissioned within five months, with no disruption to existing production.

The Solution
Two OBYONE 500 kW firetube steam boilers (EN12953-3, AS2593-2021 unattended) with an ELCO modulating gas burner — 86% thermal / 88% combustion efficiency — plus a DN100 gas pipework upgrade.
The Outcome
Additional capacity delivered on time and certified for unattended use, with a 3-monthly service interval and ongoing O'Brien support. A system built to keep performing.
