Primo — Chullora
When Primo's Chullora facility needed more steam, the new plant had to be installed around production that could never stop — inside a tight footprint, with zero tolerance for downtime. O'Brien took single-source responsibility for the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete 2 × 6 MW OBY88 D-type watertube steam plant, engineered for the facility's exact production requirements and delivered without disrupting the live plant.

The Solution
A complete industrial steam plant — 2 × 6 MW OBY88 D-type boilers with economisers and heat recovery, deaerator and feedwater systems, and advanced controls — engineered specifically for the facility's production requirements.
The Outcome
12 MW of new steam capacity delivered over a 12-month program with 5–10% energy savings — backed by operator training on live systems and ongoing O'Brien service support.
