Energy engineered for performance, reliability and efficiency

High-Voltage Electrode Steam Boilers Engineered for Clean, Precise Steam

The O’Brien CEJS is a high-voltage jet-type electrode steam boiler that uses water’s natural conductivity to generate steam — from 2 MW up to 65 MW, with steam output to 100,000 kg/h at 7–34 bar. All electrical energy is converted to heat with zero local emissions, delivering a clean, modulating alternative to fuel-fired boilers with straightforward operation and minimal maintenance.

Up to 99.9% efficiency

Up to 99.9% efficiency

All electrical energy is converted directly to heat, delivering efficiency up to 99.9% with no flue or stack losses.

Zero local emissions

Zero local emissions

With no combustion, the CEJS produces zero on-site emissions — ideal for facilities targeting decarbonisation and clean operation.

No combustion hazards

No combustion hazards

No flame, fuel storage or exhaust means inherently safer operation and simpler site compliance than fired boilers.

Simple automation, low upkeep
